Lovall Hills Vineyard is located in the southern foothills of the Mayacamas Mountain Range, directly above the Carneros District. With its close proximity to San Pablo Bay and San Francisco Bay, Lovall Hills is considered to be a cool climate Syrah site. This organically-farmed vineyard is planted to Syrah Clone 174, which often receives the highest ratings in Hermitage tastings. The wine is deeply colored, with aromas of blueberries and violets, and has mouthwatering layers of plum, white pepper and roasted nuts. Only 120 cases produced.
